From the complex components manufactured by us, as well as the  additional components that we have to purchase, we assemble high-quality mechatronic assembly groups as well as finished products for you. To this end Hein & Oetting possesses has various joining technologies - from bonding to precise laser welding - and the necessary mounting devices, which we partially even develop ourselves.

For the shipping industry we assemble components which have to withstand extreme demands. An example for this are our gyrocompasses which have to sustain long lasting continuous operations at more than 20.000 rotations/minute.

Our production of compasses was submitted to an austere certification procedure by the Federal Authority for Navigation and Hydrography (BSH). The result: Hein & Oetting is entitled to issue the respective BSH certificate for its own compasses.
